Precision CNC Manufacturing

Motion & Joint Components

RobotPartsCNC machines the structural heart of robotic motion — joint housings, actuator casings, reducer bodies, bearing seats, motor mounts, output flanges, and precision shafts. From one-piece prototypes to repeat production, we hold tight tolerances on bores, bearing fits, and geometric relationships so your assemblies move smoothly, repeatably, and for the long run.

What We Machine in This Category

  • Robot joint housings and arm links
  • Actuator, gearbox, and reducer housings
  • Bearing housings, seats, and precision bores
  • Motor mounts and output flanges
  • Precision shafts and rotating interfaces

Engineered for Motion Accuracy

Motion and joint components are where tolerance stack-up becomes visible. A few microns of runout in a bearing seat, or a slightly off-axis motor mount, turns into vibration, backlash, and premature wear at the end of the arm. RobotPartsCNC treats these parts as functional interfaces, not generic brackets — reviewing GD&T, bore fits, and datum strategy before the first chip is cut.

We machine aluminum, stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium, and engineering plastics, and coordinate anodizing, hard anodizing, electroless nickel, passivation, and heat treatment through our Shenzhen supply chain. Inspection is supported with CMM, bore gauges, pin gauges, and surface roughness testing, with reports available per project requirements.

Why Robotics Teams Choose RobotPartsCNC

We specialize in robotics and automation components, so our DFM feedback, fixturing, and inspection routines are built around the realities of actuator development, joint assembly, and repeat production.

01

Tight Tolerance Machining

3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis milling and precision turning for bores, bearing fits, and concentric features down to ±0.005 mm.

02

Prototype to Production

Start from one piece and scale to 10,000+ without changing suppliers, with fixtures and processes optimized for repeatability.

03

GD&T & Inspection

True position, runout, concentricity, and surface roughness verified with CMM, bore gauges, and pin gauges. Reports on request.

04

Integrated Finishing

Anodizing, plating, heat treatment, grinding, and laser marking coordinated in-house and through the Shenzhen supply chain.
